There is a superb sandy beach about a
mile away with car park and restaurant, and the Son Parc
golf course and clubhouse with restaurant, is also about
a mile away.
Menorca is a quiet, but very interesting
island with impressive history stretching from pre-historic
to modern times. The difficult terrain of the island has
left a good part of it undeveloped, with the reward of clean
beaches, clear blue water and scenic countryside - with few
of the crowds found elsewhere. The towns and villages are
unspoilt and charming and there are many restaurants that we
can recommend, offering a wide range of cuisines.
